  • Prepare mold ready to start mass production
  • Prepare support tools for production
  • Prepare plastic material for production needs
  • Check mechanism mold after mold get in to injection machine
  • Input injection setting in the machine and do some adjustment
  • Explain the staff about quality parameter & injection parameter

  • Explain standard packing for staff
  • Prepare the packing box
  • Prepare support needs for packing (plastic bag, protection sheet, or layered cardboard)

Start Mass Production

  • Staff start mass production
  • Quality staff checking randomly every 15 minutes to make sure quality stable for finish goods
  • Quality staff quarantine some lot of product few minutes before and after when they get some reject product
  • Other staff checking all of quarantine finish goods and separate reject and good product
  • After finish goods already pack, finish goods send to storage before send to customer side

  • Random final checking before send to customer side
  • Prepare all documents before send to customer
  • Finish good ready to send
